What it is
As workplace shooting becomes more common throughout the States. HR and corporate leaders needs to be active and train their personnel in Active Shooter Preparedness and Response Plan is a program designed to educate and train individuals in the proper response to an active shooter situation in the workplace. The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA 1917.30(a)(2)(ii)) has released a new mandatory training on Violence Prevention and Active Shooter Emergency Action Plan.
